#asktheexpert my son 3.7 yrs old, has low grade fever and runny nose. what medecines to give?

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sinarest will help alsoff give steahm inhalation and hot saline gargles .

A. Sinarist you can give for cold and calpol you can repeat after six hours for fever so these medicines you can give to the child regularly the medicine you can give two times in the day and the fever you can repeat after every six hours if the temperature rises
