Q.

Hi Sir, my son is 7yrs old now. As we dnt know about Pneumococcal Vaccine before, we didn't vaccinated him with Pneumococcal Vaccine till now. every time when he get the cold, he feels very sick and heavy nose blockage for 4-5 days. is it okay if we give Pneumococcal Vaccine to him at 7yrs old? if so, how many doses to be given and what's the gap between dose to dose? thank you so much for your help.

A. it need to be seen. Child specialist should examine the baby for proper treatment as this query cannot be answered as such . You can Consult any near by pediatrician or your family pediatrician for this .
