Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for perianal/perigenital rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kkkkindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper
