hi Sir, My kid is 2.5 years old...we is active , he eats well but don't know he is not gaining good weight. can you please advise

A. After a year they play run and burn more calories. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
