Q.

hi sir, my daughter is 4 years old. she is suffering from fever from 4 days. every 5 to 6 hours she is getting 101 temperature. sometimes for 8 hours she is getting 100 temperature. yesterday night started azithral syrup 5 ml according to doctor suggestion. again after 10 hours temperature is 100.4. please advice

A. as the duration of fever is increasing than it's better to continue with Azithral n paracetamol. it's preferable to do follow up visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
