Hi sir My daughter is 4 months old when can I cut her hair as in her hair deadlock is happening in backside of hair or how should I remove that deadlocks of hair in backside of head.

A. it would be advisable to meet a doctor who will guide you if the child is having any major hair problem or not and then you can cut it off if it is guided by the doctor
