hi sir, my child says his gums are itching. he keeps moving his jaws. what may be the reason for that ? and, would you recommend any remedies for the same ?

It is very difficult to comment on the current situation without examination of the baby so it is advised to consult with your nearby doctor would examine him and advise you with proper further management
