hi sir my boy 4 years suffering from fever from this morning we use paracetamol 250 mg 3ml .... 2 times from morning 9.30 am again 1.30.pm. now 5 pm he got fever again.. can we use monocef. -O 100.. antibiotic.. plzz suggest me Tq sir

A. no you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.s all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet dyour dr for proper advice.
