Hi sir my baby is 13month and now teeth is coming on upper part and little bit fever is there wat to do now pls tell me

yes during teething phase kids suffer from raised body temperature.
if temperature rises above 100.4 degree then consult with Pediatrician.
otherwise gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to increase blood circulation and hasten the eruption process.
