Hi sir ..My baby is 1 month & 10 days old. Her umbilical area is still not dry .Iam using neosporin powder to that area for past 4 days.what can I do for that to dry fast?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. that's very late.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.

Hi Put the powder is not helping in the area is not dry then that could be due to sometimes umbilical hernia also it’s better that you want to get a check with your paediatrician seems like your child is one month class as of now it’s better to go for a proper medical advice with your doctor after getting it personally assess
