hi sir, My baby boy is 4 months old now, can we give 3-4 table spoon of water every day, is that fine sir. currently he is taking mother's milk. thank you.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Strictly NO..! Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age.
