hi sir, My baby boy is 4 months old now, can we give 3-4 table spoon of water every day, is that fine sir. currently he is taking mother's milk. thank you.

Breast milk has got lot of water ( 80 to 90% of water) which satisfies babys thirst. Baby should be breast feed exclusively till 6 months of age.
