hi sir,my baby boy has 8 months, his skin is very rough ,why? please suggest any lotion

Winter time special precautions are required for the child so you should maintain a very good hygigene daily bathing can be done with lukewarm water and use good baby products which does not cause dryness of the skin also you can do daily massaging with Baby oil like sevbamed or senosun
