Hi sir my 3 year's old( wt..13 kg) daughter is not eating food from Last 15 days so please tell me what to do.

Hello ma’am First of all your child is underweight as per the age and a killer child is also not eating well for last 15 days then that is definitely not good I would just advise you to consult your paediatrician for a proper checkup of the baby to figure out what is the issue as without knowing that nothing can be suggested to you
