For any kind of skin problem like any rashes or spots over the skin in any part of the body it is important to do clinical assessment and know the proper history before suggesting any treatment so please consult your dermatologist or7(k pediatrician for proper treatment .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be result of sunlight exposure or Infection so better to visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation. please provide sunlight but for 20 minutes and early in morning only. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give Massage to your child everyday avoid excess usage of cosmetic.
