hi sir my 11 months baby passing watery tools in green color from yesterday and have mild fever from yesterday. could you please help me

A. Give enterogermina 2.5 ml twice a day to tue baby fir 3 days layer start Zinconia syrup for 3 days stop giving milk and give curd rice Upma poha khichdi banana can be given to the baby
