Hi sir mera baby abhi 6 days ka hai wo thoda thoda hi brest feed kar raha hai par mere nipples mai bahut pain hota hai to brest mai bhi heaviness or pain rehta hai

A. Hello mom aap apne breast ko theek se massage kare , aur nipple pe warm ghee ya coconut oil use kare .. abhi baby 6 months ka hai tho aap weaning foods use kare
