shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum baby keep on scratching the ears because of the habit or because of the teething as well but if you think this is because of the itching you can apply coconut oil on it regularly if child does not have any kind of pain then don't worry and do not put anything inside the ear on your own
