hi sir Mera baby 18 months + ho gaya hum qatar me rahte hai Baby powder milk pita hai 12 months tak to Similac neosure dete the phir similac gold dete hai abhi magar hum aaj india are to waha similac gold nahi milta hai na usko konsa milk powder dena chahiye abhi please sir reply

A. prefer same food or milk whatever you use for your whole family. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquid and fruits
