A. hello try to take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek and if bm is still not sufficient give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
