Hi sir / Mam my son was 2 years old. In his mouth upper lip and lower lip inside got redish rashes. He was unable to eat any little bit spice or rice. please suggest

A. hi. .that may be mouth ulcers. offer your child lots of fruits and veggies, offer coconut water. dont give soicy food. apply honey or zytee gel on muth ulcer part,
