hi.. sir/mam My son is 18 months old and always eats standing up..doesn't want to eat sitting down..is it bad to eat like this.?

Hello mom its always better that he sits and eat, for over all health reasons,and habit as well, if not corrected now later it gets much more difficult, so you can also get some age appropriate books read for him , get picture board books this way they will sit in one place
