Hi sir/mam, My baby weight is 8kg at 22 months so please suggest me the food chart that which improves her weight.

A. hi dear Mum you need to consult doctor deficiencies like iron and zinc can affect appetite and food intake deworming twice a year give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
