hi sir/mam my baby 2 yr and 3 month old.. last year October month mid night 2.30 she have fever and early morning 4.30 like that suddenly she get fits.. doctor said when ever she get fever don't think give her parocitomol syp and put fits tablet also.. now my question is: yesterday afternoon she have fever so I'm giving syrup and 1/2 fits tablet and I went hospital also doctor said 2 days give fits tablet and night again I'm giving syrup and fits tablet morning she don't have fever so without fever alao I want to give fits tablet or with fever only I want to give I'm confused. weight:14 kg
