Hi, my baby boy is 1year 4 month old. He used to sleep throughout the night 10:30-7:30/8 in morning, but from recent times he wakes up at around 2:30/3 and keeps rolling for hours 3/4 like he is restless. We have tried everything from 1)changing sleep time to later/early 2)increasing milk intake before sleep, 3)changing diapers at mid-night 4) giving some water/milk at midnight but nothing seems to work. he doesn't seem to have gastric issues too. any suggestions on what we can do?
