hi sir/mam am suffering from hemorrhoids pls tell me how to get rid of it, this appear to me when am pregnant. max it's fine but when stool was tight then the next day a small amount bleeding occurs from that part?? how I have to get rid of it please tell me.....

Hi mam..I too faced lot of hemorrhoids prbm during pregnancy and even now after delivery first thing try to loosen ur motion...take liquid foods more...due to excess body heat also hemorrhoids come out..so eat some foods which makes ur body cold..I used to take more of cucumber.. buttermilk.. gulkhan with butter.. c to that baby is not affected
