hi sir main shilpee age 35, sir mujhe 2 months se bahut jyada hai fall ki problem ho rahi hai , maine doctor se dikhaya tha unhone keraglow tablet aur mintop hairoil medicine diya but usse koi fark nahi pr raha , mujhe kisi tarah ki koi health problems nahi h , mujhe thyroid ki v problem nahi h or na hi mujhe COVID ki problem hui h, but gir v hair fall ho raha h please suggestion de

follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
Avoid stress and take adequate rest.

Apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hair from falling
Have diet rich in protein and zinc to control hairfall. Continue with the medicine prescribed by the doctor
