hi sir / madam, please suggest how to improve breast feeding milk..already used tablets but no improvement. now 20 days finished from delivery date, still not much able to feed to baby...

Hello Already tried lactation tablets they are not helping then you go ahead with natural remedies like cumin and fennel water every day at least half of litre each and have a good amount of water about 3 to 4 L and you should definitely have fibre rich diet
