hi sir/madam, my daughter is 4.5 month old we started giving cerelac n sari but we observe loose motions 3-4 times a day. kindly suggest some options

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not be giving cerelac, sari or any top food. You should exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Introduce any other food only after 6 months. Introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection.
