Hi Sir/Madam, My baby is 1month 3weeks old. He seems to have rashes on his face, more likely very small small pimples over the full face, head and ears. Attached the image.

A. if the rashes are spreading more and more then visit the doctor.. maintain hygiene.. use lacto calamine lotion or candid dusting cream or candid powder..
