Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be heat boils or allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics , sweating or it could be acne or Infection. so, apply thin layer of coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on it choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child keep your child in well vantileted room
