Q.

Hi sir I'm mom of Dhanu. My 1 year old daughter had small fever on friday so I gave her fepanil 125 and maintain 6 hrs gap with each dose and fever goes. At night 1 o'clock fever increased so agin I gave her fepanil. Next day she didn't show her temperature is normal but that day 3. 40 wake up and cried, her body temperature increased . I gave fepanil .Next morning, sunday, she is ok but at that day night 9.40 her temperature increased so again I gave her fepanil. Since now she is ok with Normal temperature. Why like this?

A. gfv. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
