A. it is important to apply moisturizing lotion on the body of the child and you can go for any moisturising lotion or virgin coconut oil application on the body which help in decreasing the dryness and make the child drink plenty of water

A. Hi, every day massage with coconut oil and give bath. Coconut oil keeps the skin nourished and also helps in body growth. Use lukewarm water to give bath. Avoid too much of hot water. After bath make sure to apply body lotion. For baby You can try Aveeno baby cream it is for dry skin. for yourself you can try cetaPhil moisturiser. Take adequate liquid like buttermilk water, coconut water and keep yourself and your baby hydrated. Since your baby has completed one year you can also give liquids to baby also. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food .Write Your Answer Here
