A. hi first ,as a child is just 5 months old , please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk and needed medicines. after completion of 6 months age, you can start giving such food items. and mam, don't worry , fruits like apple can not cause such problems. if you have doubt , avoid giving banana , watermelon ,etc during cold and Cough. but you can give apple during cold and Cough episodes ,no problem.
