hi sir good morning am a father of baby boy 4months completed he is suffering with high temp since 13/11/2022and after medication getting reduced and again it is getting high could u please suggest me what to do

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fedver medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immediately
