Good morning
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables,dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet.
use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
Help ur baby to walk by giving support of your hands.
Give sunlight exposure to ur baby in winters so that the baby gets sufficient vitamin d.
The more you communicate the sooner baby will learn to speak.
