Q.

Hi Sir....Am a new mom....after delivery of 4 month I didn't have periods....Now am literally tired nd getting vomiting ....So I do no wat should I do....

A. see yiu wyll get tired as taking cate of baby is never esty. try yo take g help from family to support you and grt time for sleep as that's important
