See I do not know what would your symptoms or you’re feeling during the period time but having a pain in different areas swelling in different area during period is very common with Women so if you have started facing this only after your delivery then this could be due to maybe some kind of formal changes and if you had a C-section it could be because of that she section also so consult your gynaecologist for reason and clear medication
