Hi pls lemme know about baby teething symptoms as my baby is pooping green . Also she’s vomiting after feeding .

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. normal in the baby v s The colour of stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green no need to worry unless it is smelling very bad

It Could be diarrhoea and it could be sometimes you would see that there is hardness and swelling in the gums of the child also you can see that a lot of times kids lose their appetite as well but vomiting is absolutely not associated with it if your child is having both the things and maybe your child is having an infection in the stomach
