Babies spit some amount Of milk and it is totally normal. You just have to keep your baby on your shoulder for some time after every feed it will help baby to digest milk easily. Than this if your baby is totally on mother’s milk then you have to make some changes in your diet plan because babies digestion totally depends on mother’s diet
