there is a simple rule to check whether your baby is having optimum amount of weight gain or not.. you can check it with your babys own birth weight. by the age of 6 months her weight should be double the birth weight and by tge age if 1 year it should be triple the birth weight

What is the current age of your child if you would have mentioned that it would have been easier so the basic standard diet that we follow post the age of six months completing is rice and Dal water followed by a porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato dry fruits and all kind of dairy products and fruits and vegetables
