Indian weight gain diet chart for 12 month old baby

A. Hai good evening !! For weight gain include protein,calorie rich foods. 3 meals and 2 snacks breakfast,lunch and early dinner. Banana,mango,potato,beans,peas,pulses,idly,ghee, cheese,curd,butter,paneer,idly,cerelac with pulses,grains,dry fruit and nuts powder,sattu,dal kichdi,dal rice,full fat milk,egg helps in weight gain. Include rice/roti & dal,sabji,leafy vegetables /paneer/egg/meat (flesh) , along with curd snack makhana,dry fruit barfi/ladoo/banana,fruits any millet or grain based breakfast (cerelac,idly,dosa,roti/partha,porridge,boiled egg ).
