Q.

Hi Please help me. my daughter is 4.5 years old has loads of Nits and Lice on hair. I am applying perlice after shampoo bath and leaving for 15 to 20 mins and combing her wet hair as well. still the nits are not going. please provide good remedy for nits and lice.

A. You can try this home remedy that where you can take some Neem juice and add some fresh aloe vera into it make a proper paste or maybe little liquid apply it into the head of the child and if you can leave it overnight or leave it for at least two hours or three hours and then shampoo this is going to kill the nits into the hair this is a very good home remedy
