Q.

hi on May 9th my baby turns 2.how to reduce milk intake at night times.around 500ml she is having milk from 12 a.m to morning 8 a.m.At day time she will have 100 ml but not daily.at day time instead of milk am offering butter milk for her

A. Actually you should not give anything to the child in the night I must tell you by this age we expect the child to sleep through the night without asking for feed by replacing milk with butter milk also it would not be a good option because you’re actually giving something or the other and that’s getting more habit of waking up every now and then to take a feed which is not good
