Q.

my daughter is 2 years old. at present she takes liquid milk (Amul gold) around 250 ml per day and milk oats or milk suji in the morning and roti with milk at night. so, in one day she finishes almost 500ml of milk. is this OK, or should I reduce the amount of milk intake? she wakes up at 2.00am and again at 4.00am every day. I feed her milk during these hours. is this fine?
