Hi Now I'm 8 months pregnant nd while im sleeping I get vaginal pain. nd told about this to doctor but they said it's normal. I'm bit worried about my situation. I've asked doctor for normal delivery excersise but they're not providing such facilities. Please tel m some excersise to have a normal delivery. I was doing excersise from 4month only but my parents said it's gonna harm for baby while I'm doing excersise . Is that true

A. avoid exercising at this stage. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.

A. hi well, the pain you get should be result of growing uterus please prefer to sleep on your left side mam,you can do some basic ,low impact exercises like keggal exercise,some breathing techniques etc but only if your gynecologist permit for this
