M pregnant 2.5 months and this is my second child but m suffering back pain nd body pain wat shd I do

You should talk to your doctor about it why you are having so much of body pain or back pain your doctor will be able to tell you because if you have had a pregnancy previously and never faced any of these issues and why are you facing now is it due to weakness or any other reason your doctor would be able to examine can help u on that
