Q.

hi.. now a days deficiency of iron and vit D is very common in kids..please suggest vit D , calcium and Iron supplement for my 7 and 13 year old kids.. many gummies are available in market.. I'm confused..

A. Vitamin D is highly essential which maintains strong bones growth. Vitamin D is necessary for calcium absorption and bone health. Let the child will play more time during the sun light time. Seafood also good source for Vitamin D. For iron deficiency you may give dates syrub alongwith milk.
