Pigmentation can be removed over the period by good vitamin C serum or vitamin E serum so you should connect with your doctor regarding that they can tell you what kind of a serum can you apply around the lips to clear pigmentation and that’s going to be the right thing to do

You should consult your paediatrician before you give any of these supplements to the child’s and what dosage is going to be there as it would totally depend upon the current weight and the supplements are only going to be suggested if the child is having any particular deficiency
