hi nipples are hurting while breastfeeding can anyone help me

A. Hello mom it does occur as nipples are quite senstive part , and now it is quite in use it does, it would settle down, massage your breast and nipple, clean it after every feed, avoid wearing bra whenever possible, also apply some warm ghee or coconut oil after every feed.
