hi ..need to ask a question ..my sister in law is in 38 th week 3 days of pregnancy . she has got platlets count 86000 last week which dropped to 78000. is it normal ....is there any need to worry .. please let me know

We have to find out what is the cause of the dropping platelet count.
If the values keep reducing platelets transfusion may also be required.
